Farm to Table —

Nicola’s Heavenly Cucina is located at the Lockport Metra Train Station producing artisanal, handmade breads & pastries using traditional baking techniques.

The home micro Bakery —

Select breads and pastries are now available for pickup in at our bakery located at the Lockport Metra Train Station 133 w 13th St. in Lockport and Brookfield Farmers Market!

Country Loaf

We use a mix of freshly milled Organic flour and Imported Italian flour in all of our sourdough loaves. We also have 100% imported sourdough Italian soft loaves that are sliced and are larger in size.

Cheddar Jalapeno bagels

Our Chedder Jalapeno bagels are made with real sharp cheddar cheese and fresh jalapenos peppers. As always we use our freshly milled Organic Flour.

Our story

I have dedicated more than two decades of my life to perfecting the art of baking. Every creation from my bakery is a result of using the finest quality ingredients, with a strong preference for organic choices. You won't find corn, soy, vegetable, or synthetic oils in my recipes. Opting for grass-fed butter adds another layer of richness to my treats. Crafting my own bourbon vanilla extract is one of my secret weapons to infuse unparalleled flavor into all my baked goods.

Our ingredients

I use local US farmers to source all of the grains, fruit, and dairy that go into our breads and pastries. Our bread is humane—from the farmers who mill and harvest our grains, to myself who puts passion and care into each loaf I make.
