Our house-made sourdough cheddar jalapeno bagel grilled to perfection on our panini grill and stuffed with nitrate free, humanely raised rosemary ham and bacon, spinach, spicy mayo, & American cheese. This sandwich has the perfect amount of spicy!
I promise you will still feel your face after eating this! It is not TOO spicy!
Our story
Nicola’s started in 2020 as a Cottage food home baker searching for the perfect balance of flour, water, and sea salt. Nicola’s Bakery now sells a daily selection of breads and pastries both at Brookfield farmers market and in-store.
We have a philosophy of balance—a balance of old techniques and new ones, of different ingredients and flavors, and of passion and skill.
Our ingredients
We only use the high quality ingredients including European grass-fed butter from Switzerland, fresh farm eggs from Bennett farms, REAL vanilla beans, soy free chocolate chips, organic cane sugar and brown sugar, imported Italian flour, sea salt. Making all of our baked good rich tasting and absolutely DELICIOUS!
