Our story
I have dedicated more than two decades of my life to the art of baking. Currently, I operate a cozy bakery in the Metra train station in Lockport, Illinois.
My specialty lies in crafting exceptional sourdough bread and pastries, which are meticulously created using premium-quality ingredients such as Imported Italian flour and butter sourced from Switzerland grass-fed cows, eggs from Bennett Farms-a small farmer in Michigan where we also get our sausage for our breakfast sandwiches with zero nitrates, and also our Italian sausage on our pizzas. At our bakery, we seamlessly integrate conventional and contemporary techniques, along with a fervent love for the craft, to deliver products that are a true testament to our expertise.
